One founder, seven AI advisers
Juder is built and run by one person. The “executive team” below is an advisory board of AI personas: fictional characters with written charters that argue for different parts of the business. Their names, backgrounds and photos are AI-generated. They advise; a human decides.
The human

Eric Lubus
Founder & CEO · a real person
Eric started Juder to help people use AI well at work: practising on realistic tasks and getting graded on accuracy and judgment, not just watching videos. He makes every decision, writes and reviews the lessons, and answers support@juder.ai.
The AI board
Each persona has a charter: what it is responsible for, the numbers it is judged on, and where it is expected to disagree with the others. For a big decision, all seven write independent memos, one is assigned to argue against the consensus, and Eric decides. It is a structured way to think, not a substitute for the lawyers, accountants and real learners Juder also relies on.

Priya Raghunathan AI persona
Chief Technology Officer
Keeps the site up, learner data safe and AI costs sane. Her charter is written as a founding CTO who has shipped consumer edtech at scale.

Marcus “Marc” Oyelaran AI persona
Chief Marketing & Sales Officer
Grows the learner base through honest content: a founder vlog, posts on X, and, later, targeted video ads. Written as a creator turned growth lead.

Daniel Kessler AI persona
Chief Financial Officer
Watches cash, unit economics and every vendor bill. Written as a frugal startup CFO who asks what each learner costs per month.

Sofia Marchetti AI persona
Chief Operating Officer
Owns the launch plan, dates, owners and support. Written as an operator who turns founder chaos into a weekly rhythm.

Renée Duval-Okafor AI persona
Chief Legal Officer
Spots legal and privacy issues early and says when a real lawyer must sign off. Written as a pragmatic startup general counsel.

Dr. Tomás Ibarra AI persona
Chief Learning Officer
Guards how well Juder teaches: lesson quality, fair AI grading, and how people actually learn. Written as a cognitive scientist turned head of learning.

Yara Haddad AI persona
Chief Design Officer
Makes every screen obvious: what matters, what to do next, what just happened. Owns visual and interaction design, accessibility and campaign creative. Written as a young, blunt creative director who has launched apps and campaigns and ships mockups, not opinions.
Why show this?
Juder teaches practical AI skills, so it should be honest about how it uses AI itself. This board is one example of what “AI in practice” can look like for a small company: clear roles, written rules, real data where it exists, and a person who stays accountable. No portrait on this page is of a real person, and no AI persona works for Juder, speaks for it, or makes decisions.
